The Seven Chakras
Chakra is the Sanskrit word for “wheel” or
“turning”, which refers to the wheel-like energy vortices attributed to the subtle body of living beings. The
Chakras are claimed to be ‘force centers’ or whorls of energy in a specific point in the physical body. Never
think of your Chakras (or your openings of the body, the vortexes) as being Receivers. Always refer to them
as Transmitters. You want
them to transmit Light, not to absorb anything. If you start absorbing you become too empathetic and
eventually become ill. You cannot get too deeply entrenched in someone’s else’s pain or sorrow. That is
when you are receiving. You can be more functional as a Transmitter rather than as a Receiver. The true
Healer is a healer of not only oneself, but of other people.
Chakras are typically associated with the seven
key endocrine glands: 1) Pineal, 2) Pituitary, 3) Thyroid, 4) Thymus, 5) Pancreas, 6) Adrenal, 7) Gonads
(Ovary-Testes). Of the seven Chakras, five are dominate known as the ‘star’ chakras. The two star
charkas in the head are the Crown Chakras: 1) the Pineal Gland, which goes right down in the middle of the
head; a master gland which controls the rest of the glands; 2) the Pituitary Gland or Third Eye behind the
forehead. The other star Chakras are the Thyroid Gland, in the throat area, the pancreas, in the solar
plexus and the root Chakra or the reproductive area. The other two non-star Chakras are the thymus
Gland, near the Heart and the adrenal gland near the abdominal area.
The following matrix lists all the Chakras and

The following Pressure Point
exercises is from 'Journey of the
Soul' series (book 3 - 'Tools for Protection').
Pressure Points If you take care of
the Crown Chakra (forget the Kundalini) everything else follows suite, because that is your Master Chakra.
We also know if you take care of the Pituitary Gland, it is all important. If that shuts down, you say,
“Goodbye.” There are definite exercises in which you can open it.
Take your thumbs and press
right in the inner eye socket and press upward in here (see Fig. 1). Press to the count of 25. As
you are doing this, take both of your thumbs and press. You see how much that hurt? It is suppose to
hurt. Count to about to 25 when you do it and say, “I want my whole Crown Chakra opened up and energy to
come in.” Now when you let loose, take a deep breath. Do you feel the energy rush into the head
area? Do this exercise if you’re tired or need an energy boost.
Take your Index Fingers and
press right at the nostril (see Fig. 2). Press in as hard as you can with your index finger, thumbs braced
under the jaw. On count of 25, again asking that all the Crown Chakras, from the Pituitary to the Pineal
Gland, be open. Now breathe in. Do not pinch the nose closed. Just press upward on the sinus
bone. You will notice that your sinuses open right away, and it also brings circulation to the
head.
Take your thumbs (not hard) and
press very gently into the temple (see Fig. 3). When you press the temple, make sure that your thumbs pull
the skull so that it pushes backward, and on the count of 25. Breathe very deeply.
After you do this for a few
nights, you are going to notice that your whole body begins to tingle. You are opening up the Pituitary
Gland, also increasing your Immune System, you are also opening up your whole head area. You might notice
that your nose is draining. Which shows how much toxicity you carry. Your eyes get clearer.
The Chakra acupressure exercises 1-3 are so important to do. These control the Pituitary and the Pineal Gland
which is the Master Gland which controls the rest of the Glands. You will see that your mental attitude begins
to come up. Once we get this gland in synch the whole Meridian of the body begins to straighten out.
Do it every day or night. This may cause a slight nausea because you are not used to having your Chakras
open up, because we are so full of toxins. Your body gets use to them.
You might notice a change of pulse. You mind resides in the Cranium. The Cranium is geared by the Pituitary
which resides in there, the Hypothalamus, and this clogs. That is why we have so much suicide and so much
depression. So you have no flushing mechanism. It is like a cathartic. It takes care of
headaches, like that! To lower blood pressure use the earlobe pressure point.
